Today we celebrate the feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. In the Gospel at Mass, we hear Jesus' invitation to come to him, and to "Learn from me for I am gentle and humble of heart" (Mt 11:29).

Every year, our Superior General sends us a letter, situating our celebration of the feast in our current context, as Society, Church and world. In her letter for this year's feast, Claire Castaing RSCJ ends by asking us these questions...

Please pray for us RSCJ today, as we renew our vowed commitment with all our hearts, that we may be true to our call and our charism of union and conformity with the Heart of Jesus, as the source of all our mission. May our hearts, like his, be gentle, and wholly given to Love.
